Learning format

The course provides approximately 90 minutes of learning via a combination of live, instructor presentations and interactive student engagement.

A certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the course.

Bruce is an established business events professional with over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality and service industry. Paul Vallee

Paul has been an invited speaker around the globe and was on faculty at Capilano University in international destination marketing. He led the brand refresh for the alliance in 2019.

Mike is a destination and convention and bureau specialist with 30 years’ experience in the industry.
