Social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube have a big influence on the way trends develop. Photo sharing platforms like Pinterest, Instagram and Flickr can be used to inspire new ideas and garner excitement for travel and events of all types. LinkedIn, on the other hand, connects us to professionals worldwide, which can be very useful in spreading a message.

If used strategically, social media can be a very effective marketing channel for the business events industry. In this course you will learn how to develop strategic social media strategies to engage the business events market in a digital world.
