Insook Lee joined Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) in 1996 and has been working for KTO for over 25 years. She has mainly worked for overseas tourism marketing and has gained expertise in promoting Korea tourism through MICE, destination branding & advertising, medical & wellness tourism marketing and digital marketing. She also worked in KTO overseas offices in Singapore (2002~2003) and Los Angeles (2009~2012), and currently, she serves as Director of KTO Sydney (2020~). During her time working for MICE (1998~2001 / 2006~2009 / 2018), she was directly involved in attracting, promoting and organising international conferences and meetings in Korea.
