Terms and Conditions

  • GainingEdge reserves the right to amend the programme of the event, venues and/or speakers.
  • If unforeseen circumstances cause GainingEdge to cancel the event, all participants will be informed as soon as possible, and a full registration fee refund will be made. GainingEdge accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by registered participants.
  • All participants are expected to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. GainingEdge will not be liable for COVID-19 related medical or quarantine costs incurred by participants.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing to caryn@gainingedge.com in advance of the event. The following cancellation charges apply:
  • For cancellations received before 9/2/2023: fully refunded except for Euro 18.00 administration/processing fee
  • For cancellations received on or after 9/2/2023 or in the case of a no-show: no refund
  • If you are unable to attend the event you are welcome to substitute a colleague to attend in your place at no additional cost. All requests for substitutions should be received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event in writing to caryn@gainingedge.com including the name, job title and contact details for both the registered participant and replacement.
  • Payments must be received in full prior to the event.
  • Credit and debit card payments are collected through our payment gateway (PayPal) at registration. Upon successful payment you will receive a confirmation email including an invoice and payment receipt.
