SYNOPSIS

How can the meetings industry prepare itself now for when it opens up to the post pandemic world? How has the international business events market changed and what are meeting and event planners expecting of destinations and suppliers? What do the disruptions in the supply change mean to planning future meetings? How do planners perceive bureaus as destination partners and has this perception changed during COVID?  Do bureaus have a role in virtual meetings or in the virtual component of hybrid meetings?

We are grateful to IMEX for their facilitation and great support of this event, and GainingLeads 2022.

Our Guests

Clara Fernández López
